When the PTAB reviewed and even made our patents stronger, an actual review and comparison to other similar patents was done. There was an actual process and diligent form of seeking information to make a prudent decission and ruling.
The courts should at least consider looking at the USPTO's PTAB ruling and how they came to their conclusion.
I dont know if the lawsuit is over and I dont care. The PPS already reflects a patent loss. So we cant go much lower.
I am looking for the big deals and big revs.
I am still considering buying more shares. I need to see $$$$$$$
