UVS - by no means is it over! Anyone to think that is clearly WRONG!! I don't have full access, but what's available in the link you provided even states until it rules on the other case HP Inc. v. Berkheimer, which I believe SFOR had in their submission.

And #2 -- if Congress can pull their head out of their A** and work for "We The People" and not themselves only, and actually legislate -- we actually have bipartisanship with patent reform draft bill that fixes Alice 101 Abstract bullsh*t!
