I agree with you in principle: announcing a binding agreement with similar terms to that NBA should be reflected immediately in the share price, and I also don't think that obtaining financing would be a significant issue past that point. However, I don't think it would take the form of any sort of a traditional-looking loan from a traditional-looking bank for the reasons I outlined. Not until approval. Then, I bet the company could get a working capital line no problem.

We'll see though. Just hoping to wake up and see that PR someday!
