I've not participated in the speculative guessing in the past, predict the TO or price etc. But here I'm interested because I think there is a possibly we would wake up with a surprising PR, since we already know negations are ongoing and NP gave a prediction once, maybe tomorrow, maybe December, who knows. But if they were to announce that deal say tomorrow morning. In my opinion
1) the sp would open much higher, maybe 60c+, maybe more
2) financing wouldn't be problem
