Well it's done. A panel of two women and a guy. Sensi will know better, but I would say it comes down one of two ways. Either the case gets blown out in the next 15 days, and jnj breaks their losing streak, or there is a Presidential ruling and Dean wins big. Real big. So I plan to wait two weeks and if the case is not blown out I think in 15 days I believe the settlement $$ goes up daily and jnj lawyers get poopy pants.
