My guess is the hearing for Pharmatech is on-going right now. Even without Judge Dyk, my feeling is that he's been involved in behind the scenes discussions with the panel, they know pretty much where this is headed due to precedent. My main question is, will the message to Lifescan be strong enough to push them to settle before an opinion is reached next year? I guess we'll get more info from some of those who may have attended.
