Mkt Cap below 100MM...but only on OTC. Every other site I checked (TDA, Fidelity, Schwab, Yahoo/Google Finance) shows 144MM Mkt Cap. In other words, share retirement is not reflected anywhere but OTC. Joe better get ready to defend that $2 level again....
