I would also add that people have invested quite a bit of money into this company overall. I understand Joe saying how he and others gave up so much in shares to help out all of the shareholders, again, if the dividend does not go as planned, yes, the shareholders get twice the shares, but their original shares once more are worth far less than what was actually expected.
Also, as stated, the future looks promising, but we have been hearing a lot of acquisitions, deals happening, even today another signing that sounds very good and yet the stock went down (2.29 as of this post). In the short term, the 10K or something that is eye popping needs to happen to make a big difference to bring some awareness to Generex. Right now, it just isn't happening. Moving to Nasdaq isn't a catalyst it looks like for people to get excited about this stock right now. Maybe because there is no news about it.
