The only thing I would expect is that based on the PR, the formula would be used and the dividend would occur as stated. Whatever the share price is at that time is whatever it is that the formula would be based on.
However, we should not be hit with anything on the dividend other than what was provided by GNBT.
Before that and after that, is all market response and the deals that GNBt does.
