Good thinking BusyBee. Nothing wrong in assuming the PPS might wind up getting a major haircut when the dividends goes through. At the least expect the PPS to reflect the % +/- of increase in shares vs what we add before. If we get lucky the exchange will tx the retirement and new divi as a nearly even swap.

Hard to say where the PPS will be at that point. Losing a few pennies a day for 4 weeks would add up. We'll just have to wait and see if investors see value at some point.
