And here you have it, folks.. <$1m USD and some licenses for some parents. Straight from the horse’s mouth... DECN looking for a threepeat, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory again?
And why do you think I beg you over and over and over again, on three message boards, to take over the company. If a trained monkey can run DECN, certainly a person as knowledgeable of everything as you claim to be can run what Johnny P calls a drop ship company. Make us all happy. Come in and take over. Run the lawsuit or kill it. Manage the new products, or kill them. Make those deals with CVS, Walgreens and Walmart, or don't. It will be your candy store. What stops you?
By the way the company has three FDA Facility Registrations due on October 1. All registrants do. Payments ($15,600) due by December 31. To register the FDA looks for a registrant to have a 4-year hard science (or engineering degree). How are you going to deal with that? I suppose you can allow the registrations to lapse. That would mean that the company's products cannot be sold in the USA and in those countries that use the FDA establishment qualification process as a waiver for their own, you know places like Canada, Australia and the EU. Frankly I get all giddy waiting for this to happen.
I will see you in Washington, DC this coming Wednesday in your new role as DECN CEO. Hopefully one of the judges calls on you, no pun intended.
