What if, instead of getting just recompense, DECN decides to just take legal fees, some IP rights, and $500,000? It’s happened before, is my point
As a wannabe executive of a publicly traded company, tell us all what would be wrong with accepting $5 million in legal fees, a huge license agreement from the new offender of DECN's patents, additional IP rights, for say OneTouch Verio to create another TBG product, and a slug of cash? Please no propaganda, this is your first in life real business decision where thousands of people can benefit, please provide a true CEO's response. When you take over the company next Monday or Tuesday, you might have to make those decisions after the hearing. So tell us.
