Re: BlackDoggie #8834
I can't find a previous post, but I was able to track down a t-trade for cydy a couple months ago. Sometimes there are hard to find. But was when I was watching t-trades fusz before its run from 5c to $3. What they do is short shares during the day, then cover that short by buying shares from the noteholder shares after hours. (really should represent one transaction instead of two, which isn't allowed to post on BB stock since it inflates the volume--MM do this all the time which is why short volume is unreliable but the buy back isn't posted) They buy back at the discounted rate, 2% or 3%, but that is what the note holder gets after the fee is paid.

There was 87500 shares sold today from our seller, whoever it is. They have been doing one big one each day. So far 124k+175k+87.5k=386.5k so far. I was expecting today to be the last day, so I had a buy order myself.
.0881 at 20k (even though it is a buy, it was my buy order)
.085 at 50k
.086 at 17.5k
$7517 = .0881x 20,000 + .085x 50,000 + .086x17500
$7517/87500 shares is average cost.08590 per share
If you cut 1.5% it is 87500 at .08590x.985= .08462 per share (which was what was posted)
So that t-trade was related to the earlier sell and not really an after hours trade you normally see with say nasdaq stock that are actually buys/sells after hours
Same 124k during day, 124k t-trade after hours.
75k trading during the day, making the 75k t-trade after hours.
