The responders rate post 10 weeks is higher for 525mg, but they don’t list the overall responders rate. The below was given before the overlap was added in February and had 525mg at 70%, which is higher than maraviroc’s trial in combo with two other drugs, but significantly lower than 700mg at 90%. I suspect the fda required 700mg with the BLA because it continues to have a higher response rate during the first 10 weeks than 525mg, that is the missing data we don’t have. Why 700mg is lower post 10 weeks, some of those people that failed post 10 weeks at 700mg, if they had been put on 525mg to start, they would have failed before 10 weeks.
