I hope I am wrong but I believe that the SFOR Cert. Petition will be denied. Part of my reason for this thinking is based on the fact that the Supreme Court asked the solicitor general to weigh in on the HP/Berkheimer petition. They haven't done so and it's been a long, long time since the supreme court invited the SG to do so. Just my 2 cents.
