I've been under the impression that the CEO would like to sell the company.
The patents were key to the sale for big money. When the appeal was lost many jumped ship and the price was diminished Big Time, but the fight didn't end. Who could foresee the government stepping in to clean up the patent environment. I'm glad I didn't jump ship and happy with my foreseeable future. The tide will turn in our favor IMO not only with patent litigation and deals emerging but a buyout is almost certainly not off the table as well. Business growth and patent validity will be what attracts a buyer and as soon as the Supreme Court straightens out the present debacle we will be back in action. My 2 cents.....take it or leave it.
