Paul,, how do market makers decide the market cap during the electronic feed? That is my question.
That would seem to be an OTC function, as that gets updated around 11:50 PM every night.
Edit: It seems that OTC is saying market makers decide the share price, which would then decide the market cap. But, the market cap adjusted when the shares were retired, so it looked like OTC changed the market cap. Not sure though. But, if OTC is correct, then wouldn't GBNT market makers have pushed the share price accordingly if they had the power? Or is that not available to them?
