I just called OTC Markets Group services at 212-896-4420 and asked about the price adjustment for share retirement and I was told OTC does not do any price adjustment, nothing is automatic...even with stock dividends...it is the market makers who set the prices.
I asked how do I speak to market makers and if my discount broker would know...OTC said to try that. I called TDAmeritrade and was told that they couldn’t give out that information. I know Gnbt has some market makers...would someone be able to inquire? thanks!
