I agree with you totally, you do a dividend for shareholders they take it away, 4 people get the dividend and then they give it all back and the exchange doesn’t care, the company does something unheard of or I should say the 4 people, for non selfish reasons for the betterment of company and shareholders and they don’t care, but they roll you back in other corporate actions, makes no sense but not a lot does on the otc.
