I am not saying the press release was not correct 'at the time'. What I am saying is that what the OTC did was not correct.
The retirement of the shares was correct and what the OTC did concerning the shares, was incorrect. If OTC handled that part correctly, we would see right now, somewhere in the 3.70 or so range for the stock and a very nice market cap.
40 something million is still 40 something million. 3.71 vs 2.55 is still 3.71 vs 2.55 in share price. OTC messed up this one big.
