The insinuation being that those with functioning gray matter know that PTOI is being manipulated to some price below PTOI's true value. Yet oddly those who supposedly have functioning gray matter aren't snapping up PTOI shares at these heavily abused low prices.
A different conclusion is that maybe PTOI deserves its price and maybe even lower because its value proposition is ambiguous and it has never shown any evidence of any value since PTOI's founder started trying to get a processor in operation since 2007. Maybe the fraud charges leveled against PTOI in years past by the SEC and OSC indicate that investors should be wary.
Maybe we should leave it up to time to figure out who has functioning gray matter and whose is misfiring.
