PTOI's documentation is ridiculous .. absurd .. yada yada

the only *entities* making something out of the *odd* sized
bids on PTOI in 2019 .. are NRs' embeds and trading crews
who illegally manipulate OTC stocks by rote

because as was clearly noted (and is understood by those with functioning
gray matter) ..

50,000 @ 025 (bid GTC filled over 5 days this month)
60,000 @ NN's UC ask .. NC on NN's size of 60000 on Tuesday

that 60000 is being reset via NRs' washed trades this week

part of which imo is the 28000 done this week x 2 (possible combos)

28k = 10k/10k/8k
28k = 10k/10k/5k/3k
28k = 25k/3k

as as been posted numerous x over the years .. NRs' MO
is remarkably consistent when NR is UPSIDE DOWN

that MO is to UC the ask and wash trade *volume* on PTOI

and as has previously been discussed .. an entity went to a significant *effort*
to ramp PTOI's volume avgs from the EO Jan 2019 to early June 2019 .. (90k avg for 90 day)

that to me is the more interesting question to have answered
