To understand, check post 239052 on the hub, with many more even before it. I was saying no dilution after 7/2, assuming the overdue notes and the 7/2 notes were already paid in Q3. Look at the table in the post I was showing.
When Q3 was released, we discovered two things:
a. $45K issued on 5/1, first day of Q3 that is due on 12/1
b. The past due notes were not fully paid in Q3. With the 2.4 billion shares traded in Q3, I thought that all the dilution would have been passed. To my surprise, it was hugely dominated by investor selling and not by dilution
