And why does ONCI need to continue diluting the share base? If you believe the financial statements surely you agree there are other financing options available to a profitable company with rapidly growing revenues. Other options would surely be more beneficial to common shareholders.
Why won't Steve pursue those options? Is it because legitimate commercial finance sources require audited financial statements?
