Orlando, why is that? And I don't mean that to be mean (ha used mean in the same sentence with 2 different meanings (now 3)), but traders buy on news, but they most likely don't have the retirement of 20M shares as news that pops up. They look for new highs or lows, or high volume, or splits, etc. Now when (IF) the OTC adjusts the price up to almost $4 with the retirement of shares, then that will pop on trader's radar and then volume and action will come in.
