I take this as a good sign, if the OTC is required to adjust the price. Until they recognize the 20 M shares that have been retired, they won't adjust the price. So maybe it just takes some time for the communications.
Joe is 100% correct - common sense (ie, rational market) says if you reduce share count and the value remains the same, the pps must go up. But again, I wonder how "rational" OTC is (it has been described better as the wild west).
Guess once OTC adjusts the float count, we'll have an answer to the automatic adjustment question once and for all!
