No way - at the last CC Joe said the application to Mr. Nasdaq had gone in that morning. And that was the last week of July.

So I believe the actual application was submitted to Nasdaq between those dates.
But perhaps I’m being way to literal.
EDIT--
But on 8/23 they said- "Generex has paid their application for the up-listing to Nasdaq".
So maybe a week before but still less than a month ago.
