On 8/26 their language was- “ongoing plans for up-listing GNBT to Nasdaq”
On 9/3 it changed to- “our Nasdaq up-listing, which is currently in review”
So I believe the actual application was submitted to Nasdaq between those dates.
But perhaps I’m being way to literal.
EDIT--
But on 8/23 they said- "Generex has paid their application for the up-listing to Nasdaq".
So maybe a week before but still less than a month ago.
