I believe Syneos Health is the commercialization company you are referring to? Yes, he said they would have this commercialization plan published to the CytoDyn website, but something tells me one of those other offers on the table is what will be announced tomorrow.
NP hasn't mentioned either the Syneos commercialization plan or $250M over the past couple of interviews, so maybe the $250M was from an investment bank to fund the Syneos deal if going alone. We should know more tomorrow.
