Usually marketing and sales of new drug are the costly part and will need some good infrastructure in place.
Months ago (i can't remember when) Nader mentioned they are partnering (I can't remember the exact wording) with another corp that does global (or north american) marketing of many drugs, and they keep the cost low.
So, for us it's a win-win. The pay us somewhere between $50 to $100M dollars (in milestone payments) and sell $250. The absorb the operation cost. And get the best deal.
As they have a better sense of operation cost, Nader will renegotiate with a better rate, as they are trained, and we will have recurring customers by then.
All IMO
