As I commented in the past , this statement of his lawyers , as few other statements we were talking about here , ...IMO not very serious ...I really should say rediculous imo.
I will say Amertrade ( SP? ) probably adjusted little a dose before applying , The dose Dr RP had no time to check for 10-11 months ....

We all understand their client wanted to start to work June-July , but I believe we all want to know what happen before that , since November 2018..

But I am so proud what our company accomplished since June-July , that I no longer care what happened before ..

Look like wasted 8-9 months , but the company finally regrouped , and look that Dr Cristifanili will inject first patient soon !!!!!
