LoL, did the FDA just approve the safety for the IND that RP's lawsuit had issues with? It will be interesting to see, one of the linchpins in the lawsuit imo. John Marshall has experience with MCC studies with Regorafenib before. Either way, someone originally wrote that IND, and I'm sure it wasn't NP.
