Very interesting post, however, keep in mind that when at week 10 Lero is switched to 525 mg (from 700 mg) the drop is from 1806.6 mg to 1637.1 mg, that is, only 9.4% (there is still "memory" from older dosis of 700 mg.)
The long-term cumulative "kind" of stabilizes at around 1380 mg (week 16), which is approximately the two week value (1396 mg) for a 700 mg overlap that you rightly suggest.
