I do not believe there is any deal of that type in the works right now, only because I believe news of it absolutely would leak and be reflected, to some degree, in the SP ahead of time.
Go back and look at what happened in advance of the KITE/JUNO deals ... or go back and look at what happened here in advance of the announcement that they hit combo PE back in 2018.
