Yes Craigakess , - I know how is a law in USA , in case you don't know I am a very proud American... I know that everyone is innocent until find guilty by a court of our pears.
Well Dr RP suing now CYDY , which mean he is suing all co-owner , like shareholders , since if he will win this case , we all will lose.
We have a right to defend ourselves , this is also in American law...

There is nothing wrong with talking , what any of us noticed was not done right here by Dr RP...... And we observed a lot ....!!!!!!!!!!
Final decision will not be done by us...
One think I can tell in in my observation , attorney in USA for whatever reason always want to settle...
And when I was innocent but sue for 5 mill in malpractice case , first I went into shock , my insurance had experts evaluate what I did, and told me since I did noting wrong , that it will be my decision what I want to do...
6-8 months later I had deposition , after that other side wanted to settle for 100,000.00 , I said no , my own attorney was upset on me ,
But it is not 5 mill , it is only 100K ,it is worth it. And I said no , I want to go to court...
Then few months later they wanted to settle for 20,000.00 and I said no.
My attorney was really upset on me but couldn't do anything .
Then they wanted 5K and after I said no , few weeks later they dropped this case...
My very strong opinion , people who are innocent should never settle , but fight back...
But our company will know better what really happened , we just giving our opinion base on our observations...
