Misiu: It is somewhat irresponsible to claim that "Damage was bigger than that losing 8-9 months" until we have all of the facts. In America, we are innocent until proven guilty. For all we know, RP was taking an intelligent, conservative approach for a reason, and it upset NP, who has been screaming to us "Golden quarter coming! Inflection point coming! Non-dilutive financing right around the corner! Revenue in August!" while NONE OF IT HAS COME TRUE. NONE!! He looks like a loudmouth fool, full of empty promises.

NP also admitted "I dropped the ball" and we don't exactly know what he means by that, but in court, that is an admission of some form of guilt. I think we need more information before we immediately tar and feather RP.
