And some they might win or settle , but here I really hope they will not settle , and sue back for 100 mill at least . Damage was bigger than that losing 8-9 months . ...
We all noticed Dr NP was in shock telling us on one interview ,
" I drop a ball , yesterday I spoke with Dr Cristofanilli , we will speak tomorrow again , things will change here "
And after that contract with NorthWerstern University was sign ,
I believe it was a shock to him that contract was not signed until than , and without contract they cant enroll patients , and he was told that patients will be any day now...
Sometimes end of March I send an e-mail to Dr NP asking if
he think we will have first patient injected for TNBC before beginning of April.
He answered me that it is very possible . I posted his e-mail here at the time. ...
And he didn't even know that contract was not sign....
To me it is an easy case , of course with attorney it will be difficult , but they still need to prove what he did and what and why he didn't do..!!!!
