Find and read the complaint filed by RP in Delaware. If the allegations in the complaint are true (and note: I said IF), then they add risk to this investment because they paint NP as egotistical, rash, arbitrary, and acting largely unchecked by the BOD and perhaps even legal counsel.

The allegations (and they are that, for now: ALLEGATIONS) could create additional risk here because, if they are true, then CYDY has very poor management currently.

Again, I say IF TRUE. We need to wait to hear CYDY's side of the story (in the answer to be filed within 30 days) before passing judgment.
