I was under the impression that the purpose of the lawsuit is to recover salary and shares owed to RP. I’m no lawyer, but I don’t think a plaintiff can simply change their demands in a lawsuit once the judge rules in their favor. I understand if the judge or jury decides to change what’s awarded, but I don’t think you can simply say, “Well heck, now that you’re ruling in my favor, I’d also like an extra $5 million cash and 5 million more shares.”
Like others have said, this lawsuit may not go to court for an extended period of time. Is it possible that CYDY settles with RP? Sure, and that could happen sooner, but if the BOD voted to remove RP it’s hard to see CYDY settling with him afterwards. Maybe CYDY will settle to get it off the books and focus on leronlimab?
