hidden trades are trades that are done between the *best* bid and the *best* ask
UC = undercut .. a specialty of *decoy ECN* OTCX
NC = no change (as in an ask hit or bid feed doesn't adjust size showing on best bid or best ask)
targeted trade .. a trade that bypasses on either bid or ask .. to *fill* another bid/ask .. very rare to see targeted trades on PTOI's *ask* .. not so on bid ..
if memory serves .. only recent targeted trade on PTOI's *ask* was for * 600 shares* on 8.12.19
