I concur with you aidenb. We are way too close to the finish line to change horses now, any change in CEO would almost certainly delay things even more and create uncertainty with the SP, potential partners etc.
No one is perfect and he has learned a lot since I have been here (late 2016), he has become more polished and his timelines have been hit much more often. He is looking out for the shareholder, I do believe that.
Now, if we try and go-it-alone, I am open to the discussion if there could be a better candidate for CEO as that requires a whole different skill set (managing a sales force), not saying NP does not have it, just saying I am open.
