Exactly....good questions that shape this entire situation.
Without knowing if this drug is the SOC for colon cancer, could leronlimab not just be applied to the current SOC like in TNBC? If that is a lower initial dose and then escalated why would that be difficult? I don't see NP questioning RP or Dr. Patterson's trial recommendation other than he was tired of waiting.....this IND was stated to be submitted in a week or two several months ago.
