If true, Nader pushing to go with a fixed, higher dosage regimen for expediency is not good. As someone who has experienced serious side effects from prescription drugs, the safety of leronlimab and care taken in trials is very important to me.
Looking at info on regorafenib, it's typically given at 160 mg unless side effects are present.

However, as a study on colorectal cancer says, "reg is difficult to manage and determine the optimal dose due to adverse events (AEs)", and recommends an initial dose of 120 mg:

Starting the dose at 80 mg and working up seems very prudent to me.
