case in point .. if one was observing that for profit site (RT l2) .. and make no
mistake that site produces *delays* on an as needed basis (even tho' it's the
company paying for that site's services .. not the Non Retail entity/entities who
illegally manipulate IPIX by rote) .. earlier today .. *retail* could be forgiven for
thinking that NR *ascertained* something .. based on what was *showing* on
IPIX's *ask*
this was IPIX's *ask* just after mkt opened (first 5 .. reminder only 3 MMs that matter are CDEL/ETRF/NITE)

are so angry .. what SUX for NRs' *efforts* is when *retail* understands
what is being done .. reminder .. NRs' daily cycles of money *traded* on IPIX (CTIX)
in 2014/2015 .. would translate today (2019) to daily *volume* of 5M to 7.5M~
