Will we have to report the upfront influx of cash from our first deal in the next 10K? Just wondering if they will try to have our next deal sealed before that if they're using it as a bargaining chip with another possible suitor for B-OM. I would love for them to basically be saying we have enough funds to press forward in PH3 alone but if they want to play with us then show us the money. B-OM IMO will be quick PH3 and we'll knock it out of the park since there is no approved standard and our potential competitors have a less than desired MOA and still haven't made it to approval.
