Re: Coco Beans #6663
Welcome to the board Coco Beans!
I'm not a lawyer, you would think if he held the share shares on the record date and restricted shares can vote, then he can vote with those 8M shares. But whatever is the law.
We will see. The BOD voted on NP's side, so that makes me think there is more of the story with RP that we are going to learn soon with the company's response.
What predictions?
I believe quite a few are going to vote against the compensation package. We will see if they have enough for majority. The others I doubt will be close enough, but we will see.
Very soon NP will have leronlimab approved by the FDA. I seriously doubt cydy will move to another CEO in the short term, though I know several have expressed your same opinion. If I was invested based mainly on the possibility of NP being replaced, I would probably sell and move on. That is not advice for you, just my opinion to show on how very unlikely I feel that is in the short term. If I were betting, I would say 5% maybe or less, but I could be wrong.

Why should he be excluded? It’s an election. If the shares are his, he votes...it’s that simple!

The lawsuit and commensurate outcome will settle all the predictions so don’t be too quick to absolve Nader of culpability. You may find his hands aren’t as clean as you think.

Sit back and watch. So far most of the predictions have been wrong.

BTW: I don’t have enough shares to sway the vote but Nader gets a giant “THUMBS DOWN” from me!

I’d like to see a new CEO brought in who has a proven track record of success in bringing a drug to market. I’m tired of all the pontificating. I want results....not the results announced by CYDY. Results confirmed and approved by the FDA.
