Why should he be excluded? It’s an election. If the shares are his, he votes...it’s that simple! Trying to stifle someone’s right to vote is the height of hypocrisy, and concerning if you think a public company should be operating like that.
The lawsuit and commensurate outcome will settle all the predictions so don’t be too quick to absolve Nader of culpability. You may find his hands aren’t as clean as you think.
Sit back and watch. So far most of the predictions have been wrong.
BTW: I don’t have enough shares to sway the vote but Nader gets a giant “THUMBS DOWN” from me! I’d like to see a new CEO brought in who has a proven track record of success in bringing a drug to market. I’m tired of all the pontificating. I want results....not the results announced by CYDY. Results confirmed and approved by the FDA.
