Fortuno: A cursory check about Ray Blanco and the "newsletters" he and his company create doesn't show his info sites to actually be much more than hyped up info. Sure, it's nice that he may have written about CYDY, but no, I am not going to put that as the reason volume jumped as it did, as his sites are probably not that well read, at least not by people who aren't praying for "insider info" on penny stocks. I think as we get closer to CTC results and the filing of the BLA next month, we're going to see some increased volume here and there.
