You can regurgitate your bosses rhetoric till the cows come home that doesn't guarantee victory.
Have some respect. That was a penny trader's put down. Certainly not what the consultant to every company in the industry would say. A real consultant or expert would never insult a biotech CEO because that same insulted guy might one day need a consultant.
In fact, even if the Company wins a victory the case will just be remanded back to the same judge your boss publically insulted.
That judge will be long gone from the case next February. The Federal Circuit will tell him and call him things much worse. That too is a penny trader's putdown and certainly beneath a biotech consultant who had consulted to about everybody.
