Sorry, but I have not been to patent litigation cases in either District or Appellate Courts. You can regurgitate your bosses rhetoric till the cows come home that doesn't guarantee victory. In fact, even if the Company wins a victory the case will just be remanded back to the same judge your boss publically insulted.

The Defendants obviously know the Company's lack of cash. The lawsuit made claims for $400-$700 million dollars. If the Company wins on appeal hopefully they don't settle for peanuts.
